ไฟไหม้คอนโดหรู ดับ 1

เมื่อเวลา 08.45 น. วันที่ 2 มกราคม 2561 เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ สน.ทองหล่อรับแจ้งเหตุเพลิงไหม้คอนโดมิเนียมหรู 12 ชั้นในซอยทองหล่อ จึงรุดไปยังที่เกิดเหตุ และแจ้งสำนักป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยกรุงเทพมหานคร ให้ส่งรถดับเพลิง 5 คันไประงับเหตุ

คอนโดมิเนียม ดังกล่าวเป็นของนายอำนาจ สุดพลัง นักธุรกิจอาวุโส เจ้าหน้าที่ดับเพลิงพบกลุ่มควันดำพวยพุ่งจากคอนโดมิเนียมและไฟที่ชั้น 4 ลุกลามไปยังชั้น 5 และชั้น 6 อย่างรวดเร็ว

มี รายงานว่านางจินดา สุดพลัง อายุ 70 ปี ภรรยาของนายอำนาจร้องขอความช่วยเหลืออยู่ในคอนโดมิเนียมก่อนหมดสติ แต่เจ้าหน้าที่เข้าไปช่วยเหลือไม่ได้ จึงเสียชีวิตในที่สุด

Fire at posh condo leaves 1 dead

Thong Lo Station police were called out at 8:45 a.m. on January 2, 2018 to a fire at a 12-story high end condominium in Soi Thong Lo and rushed to the scene, requesting 5 fire engines from the Metropolitan Fire and Rescue Department.

Firefighters saw black smoke billowing from the building, which is owned by Amnaj Sudpalang, a senior businessman. The fourth-floor fire quickly spread to the fifth and sixth floors.

Reports say Sudpalang's wife, Jinda, 70, was calling for help inside before falling unconscious. Rescuers were unable to reach her and she died.

Crews quickly evacuated residents in nearby units to safe locations. It took approximately 4 hours to put out the fire.

Reporters say the housekeeper, 46-year-old Saran Manjai, was taken to Camillian Hospital for smoke inhalation.

Luxurious condominium ravaged by fire, 1 dead

Thong Lor Station police were informed at 8.45 a.m. on January 2, 2018 that a fire had broken out at a luxurious 12-story condominium in Soi Thong Lor. They then rushed to the scene and asked the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation of Bangkok Metropolitan to send 5 fire trucks to the scene to control the fire.

The condominium belongs to Mr.Ammart Sudpalang, a senior businessman. The firefighters found columns of black smoke coming out of the condominium and the flame on the fourth floor quickly rising to the fifth and sixth floors.

Amnart’s wife, Jinda Sudpalang, 70, was reportedly crying for help in the condominium before she collapsed and eventually died because the firefighters could not rescue her.

Residents of the nearby houses were immediately evacuated to safety. It took the firefighters about four hours to control the fire.

According to the reporters, Mrs. Saran Munjai, a 46-year-old housekeeper, suffered from smoke inhalation and was taken to Camillian Hospital.

COMANCHE COUNTY, OK (KSWO) – Multiple structures caught fire on Saturday evening in Comanche County. Indiahoma Fire officials say they were called out a little before 6 p.m. to an RV fire near U.S. 62 and Indiahoma Road. The first fire spread to another RV and then to a barn structure. Firefighters tackle blaze on Great Portland Street in building containing gas cylinders
A dramatic blaze at a building site in the West End in London that prompted fears of an explosion has been brought under control.

London fire brigade (LFB) said 72 firefighters and officers were sent to Great Portland Street following reports of a fire at 12.45pm. The road is close to Oxford Street, the capital’s busiest shopping street.

A column of black smoke visible from miles away could be seen rising from the fire in pictures posted on social media. Firefighters fearing an explosion set up an emergency exclusion zone after learning gas cylinders were involved in the blaze.

Firefighters say home 'well alight' by the time they arrived at scene
A man has died after a flat fire in Chester on Christmas Eve.

Firefighters were called to the blaze on Clover Place at about 8.40pm, and discovered the man inside the flat.

Despite the efforts of emergency crews, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The man's death is not being treated as suspicious.

Scores of people died after a huge fire engulfed Grenfell Tower, a west London residential tower block, in the early hours of Wednesday, 14 June.

What happened?
The fire was reported at the 24-storey block in North Kensington at 00:54 BST (23:54 GMT), leading to 40 fire engines and more than 200 firefighters tackling the blaze.

It took until 01:14 BST the following day to get it under control, with the fire affecting most floors of the building and destroying 151 homes, both in the tower and surrounding areas.

The Metropolitan Police says it will consider manslaughter, health and safety and fire safety charges.
