ตำรวจถูกจับข้อหายาเสพติด

ราชบุรี--เช้าตรู่วานนี้ ตำรวจทางหลวงนายหนึ่งถูกจับในข้อหามียาเสพติดไว้ในครอบครองหลังจากที่ขับรถฝ่าด่าน ตำรวจในเขตจังหวัดราชบุรีเพื่อหลบเลี่ยงการตรวจค้น

เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจประจำด่านที่อำเภอดำเนินสะดวกได้รับแจ้งให้เฝ้าดู รถเก๋งยี่ห้อบีเอ็มดับเบิลยูคันหนึ่งซึ่งสงสัยว่าจะมียาเสพติดซุกซ่อนอยู่ ภายใน ขณะที่รถคันดังกล่าวแล่นเข้ามาใกล้ด่านเมื่อเวลาประมาณตีหนึ่ง เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจได้ให้สัญญาณเพื่อให้คนขับหยุดรถ แต่คนขับกลับเร่งความเร็วและขับหนีไป เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจอีกชุดหนึ่งได้ใช้รถประจำทางจอดขวางถนนไว้และเข้าจับกุมคนขับ ซึ่งต่อมาระบุว่าคือ พ.ต.ท. อนุชา จิตเจริญ เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจตรวจค้นดูในรถและพบยาบ้าจำนวน 100 เม็ดและกัญชา 800 กรัมซุกอยู่ใต้ที่นั่งด้านหน้า

Translation 1

Police arrested on drug charge

Ratchaburi – A highway policeman was arrested yesterday morning and charged with drug possession after running a security checkpoint to evade inspection.

Officers at the Damnoen Saduak District checkpoint were on alert for a suspect BMW with hidden narcotics. As the car approached, at around 1 a.m., the officer motioned for the driver to pull over but he instead accelerated and fled the scene. Another police team blocked the road with a bus and apprehended the driver, later identified as Pol. Lt. Col. Anucha Jitjaroen. Police searched the car and found 100 amphetamine tablets and 1.7 pounds of marijuana under the front seat.

Pol. Lt. Col. Anucha has denied the charge, claiming he had seized the drugs from a suspect and was caught while bringing them in to the police station.
