NOVA systems use a common set of components which provide economies of scale. The use of cast parts provides strength to weight ratios other suppliers can not match.

Cast ridge knuckles come in different sizes for different spans. These engineered components can weigh as little as half of their steel equivalent.

A COMMON STANDARD

Nova Systems feature a 5 Metre grid that is applied across the range. From 5 metre to 25 metre, on sides as on gables, (excepting odd widths), the same walls can be fitted. This allows the use of door sections, polyvinyl fabric sections, solid walls of steel or glass coated ply, plus our unique purpose designed Glaswall . Compare this with other Systems, where walls on one end don't fit the gable, or 6 metre walls don't fit on 10 metres or 15 metres or on any other frame from the same manufacturer! Because our frames are based on a 5 metre grid, all eaves bars, all purlins, all ridge bars are interchangeable, making stock control much easier. Plain PVC, french window walls, striped walls, or liveried PVC can be fitted anywhere to any frame, at any size.

Any kind of frame layout can be supplied including specials. Rudi Enos Design provide a full service including instructing manufacturers (including NOVA) on a design and build basis.

Full Inter changeability

Unlike other Systems, our frames can be used in any combination, with no special position for legs or roof beams in respect of gables. In fact, any leg goes anywhere, any roof beam goes anywhere, which makes for easy layout on site, plus the added feature that gable metalwork can be fitted in any internal position without modification.

SYSTEM 10

6 m - 8 m - 9 m - 10 m Spans on 5 metre bays.

The Nova system is unique among small aluminium systems in that it is based on 5 metre bays. This concept is simple; stronger beams, but less of them, are as economic as so called party tents with the added advantage that when you stand a bay up, you cover 5 metre not 3 metres, saving time on loading, erection and dismantling. This coupled with the advantage of compatibility with larger spans, means that all other frames can't compare. High quality fabric work with lacquered materials and wide choice of colours sets off the anodised framework to provide a professional finish to any installation. Systems up to 10 Metres span can feature one piece gable walls with roll-up sides for economy, all other walls use Keder hooks to open walls sideways.

Purpose designed and built for mobile use, this system of extrusions is the only way to guarantee perfect installation of windows and doors every time.

Where steel components are specified due to durability constraints, laser cut parts are used to provide consistency.

SYSTEM 15

12.5, 15, and 18 metre * spans on 5 metre bays.

This system has the advantage of being the only frame on the market that allows a 15 metre by 30 metre complete frame to be carried on a 7,500 kilo gramme vehicle.

SYSTEM 20

12.5m-15m-20m spans on 5 metre bays.

System 20 is a range of frames suitable for a variety of uses, from standard hire units to permanently installed buildings with full calculations for wind and snow loadings. Standard frames are 12.5 metre span, 15 metres span and 20 metres span, although any span on 4 metre and 5 metre bays can be supplied to special order. Accessories such as solid walls of galvanized or plastic coated steel, glazed sections for showrooms, door sections such as roller shutters, sliding doors, or a conservatory type patio doors can all be fitted to our 5 metre grid frames. System 20, like all our frames, is available in polygonal form, both regular and flatter shapes, with vertical walls if required. System 10 and System 20 are available with alternate leg height. Side extensions up to 5 metre are also supplied to special order. Side walls and gables feature Keder hooks so every wall opens.

SYSTEM 25 and 30

Supplied for unusual or extreme sizes or functions, system 30 uses anodised aluminium of structural grade to provide portal frame tented structures of impressive proportions. The design of the beam enables clear spans of virtually any size to be supplied with realistic delivery dates. Curved sections can also be supplied to enable structures to be manufactured to any design. Although typical sizes are 30 metres and 40 metres clearspan for portal frames, and up to 50 metres for larger structures, Rudi Enos Design have produced fabric roofs up to 86 metres x 174 metres, and are always prepared to undertake custom design and build.
